  • If for any reason you’re not happy with your product and/or you change your mind, you can return it within 10 days after delivery for a refund or exchange. [IMPORTANT:  Shipping fees + Handling fees (where applicable/if paid) will be charged in addition to a fixed fee of $9.99 or 25% Restocking fee (whichever is highest), which will be adjusted accordingly. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer]
  • We will issue you a Replacement or Full Refund if your Order arrives damaged or broken.
  • If you purchased “my package protection” at the time of check out, it also covers (subject to verification) for Replacement or Full Refund, on lost items or if you never receive your Order within 3 months of order placement.

We process Order within 48 hours of receiving payments. Generally It doesn’t take more than 2 to 19 business days for your Shipment to arrive.

 

However Shipping is Generally Quicker Than Listed in Most Cases.

Funds from your sales are deposited directly to your bank account or PayPal upon confirmation of item receival, no matter how or from where the buyer pays.

Each seller on Tree & Shadow is responsible for managing their own shipping and handling. This allows them to set their own shipping rates and policies

IMPORTANT: Currently shipping rate is not available to add by sellers. Please adjust your shipping rate within your product pricing/s .

However, we are working on to streamline shipping processes and provide a better experience for oour buyers & sellers.

Tree & Shadow charges a commission fee on each sale made by a seller on our platform. The commission fee varies depending on the type of product or service being sold.

We also offer additional services and features time to time for sellers and/or products and/or services, such as marketing and advertising, which may require additional fees. However at this stage we cover any such additional fees (if & where applicable) and not passed on to our sellers.

Additionally, we also offer optional add-on services (small fees applies), if requested, to promote sellers product (i.e. Featured product, Featured Store etc), assistance with store set up, shipping services etc.

Seller Protection program offers you peace of mind in the event of a transaction dispute. If you are unable to resolve a disagreement with a buyer’s issue and the transaction meets eligibility requirements, Tree And Shadow will help you resolve the issue.
