Unfortunately the lamp came in soft, thin bubble wrap envelope without any hard cover or a protective box like other lamps I ordered…Sad about that coz it’s not safe during shipping. Item scratched in a few spots. I think remote damaged lamp it was rattling before I opened the package to be honest I thought it was broken in half just by hearing the rattle. Except for that lamp turns on and works. Nice colors will order more but i will ask for more protective packaging. Good store I recommend in general.
